Assembly

Will call is available in Menifee CA facility. Trailers can be assembled prior to delivery. See Will Call or Call for details.

 

Standup Trailers are shipped unassembled. They are easily assembled with low to moderate skills in about 3-4 hours using standard hand tools. All holes are precision drilled and all hardware is included. 

A copy of the Owners/Assembly manual is available in the Downloads section of this site.

 

All accessories are easily added to your trailer and all holes for each accessory are pre-drilled for assembly. All hardware is included for each accessory.

Tools required for trailer assembly:

​

  • 7/8” Socket or Open-end wrench

  • 13/16” Open-end wrench or Large Crescent wrench

  • 3/4” Socket or lug wrench

  • 9/16” Open-end wrench (2) Ratcheting wrench recommended.

  • 7/16” Open-end wrench

  • Wire Stripper and Electrical tape
